Workshop is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to work alongside our Customer Success team to establish and support longlasting relationships with our customers. Youll ensure that our customers receive exceptional value from the products and features they utilize. Youll also partner closely with our Account Managers to identify new business opportunities within the customer base.
As a Customer Success Manager youll be responsible for establishing relationships with customers within a market segment helping them get the most value from Workshop. Youll be their first point of contact and help them achieve success with Workshop through product adoption and usage leading to long term loyalty and retention.
The most successful candidates will drive high product usage and value ensure customer retention and identify new business opportunities within our customer base.
