In your role as a Creative Brand Strategistyour daytoday tasks will consist of crafting and executing visionary brandstrategies that transcend conventional norms. This role involves leading thedevelopment of unique and compelling brand narratives managing the visualidentity and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Youwill play a pivotal role in shaping our brands perception driving engagementand fostering innovation within our brand ecosystem. With a focus oncreativity design and strategic thinking this role is central to our missionof redefining and elevating our brand in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CoDevelopthe brand and content strategies that align with our vision values andapproach to design.
- Deviseroadmaps based on key objectives & commercial goals and implementing themacross various channels.
- Planand coordinate social media campaigns promotions public relations effortsand marketing initiatives to maintain a strong market presence.
- Designand develop immersive marketing materials including templates collateralsprint media interactive installations and virtual experiences that reflect ourbrand identity.
- Createbrand messaging that resonates with target customers and communicates thebrands unique value proposition and positioning.
- Maintaina consistent visual brand identity and representation across all platformschannels and touchpoints to ensure all branding elements and materials adhereto the brand design guidelines.
- Useimmersive storytelling to weave compelling narratives that captivate and engageaudiences and seamlessly integrate into our designs and marketing initiatives.
- Stayat the forefront of design trends conducting research to understand consumerpreferences/behaviors.
- Usedatadriven insights to refine our branding strategies and identifyopportunities for brand growth and improvement.
- Exploreand initiate extraordinary partnerships and unconventional collaborations withother brands and organizations that align our brands innovative ethos.
- Managethe budget allocated for branding initiatives and ensure costeffectivestrategies are employed.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Marketing or a relateddiscipline. However some individuals may enter the field with a strongportfolio and relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimumof 34 years of experience in branding and design with a portfolio showcasingyour branding and design achievements.
- Proficiencyin Graphic Design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Ai Ps In etc)Canva and other relevant design software and technologies are essential.
- Experienceworking in designrelated fields (Architecture Interiors Fashion) is asignificant advantage.
- Proficiencyin designing for digital platforms including websites & social media aswell as print mediums such as brochures posters and packaging.
- Astrong grasp of design principles layout typography and color theory iscrucial.
- Proficiencyin photography video editing and motion graphics can be a valuable asset forcreating custom visual and dynamic content.
