How Youll Make An Impact
This is a unique role that comprises sales understanding project management and product/industry knowledge and expertise.- Support 110 current Rivery customers >$4M book) mostly in the US as the Rivery Sales Specialist supporting each Boomi AM
- Train on the Rivery sales playbook sales processes POC best practices competitive differentiators pricing methodologies renewals playbook and negotiations best practices in order to best implement these things with the Boomi AM for each account
- Analyze Rivery product usage in order to properly position upsell opportunities
- Assist in rolling out our new pricing plans to current customers (May 1st 2025 onward)
- Attend calls with clients to assist the Boomi AMs in executing the above
- Working with the Enablement team codify your practices so that over time the Boomi AMs become increasingly selfsufficient in executing Rivery renewals in order to scale your work and allow you to spend more time with higher spend accounts.
In order to successfully earn the business of new customers in this segment you will assist Boomi sales team to:
Act as a trusted business advisor to Clevel business audiences as you use your indepth knowledge of Boomi and Rivery technology products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction
Utilize strategic probing to identify evaluate design and propose business solutions
Design appropriate postsale implementation plans
Analyze multiple market factors to both anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution
Engage crossfunctional resources in order to achieve goals and meet customer needs
Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
Earn prospective customers confidence by demonstrating expertise professionalism and reliability throughout sales engagement
Accurately forecast future sales
Execute on pipeline and bookings growth strategies
Track & report on critical sales and account metrics
Conduct Territory Planning
Prior experience with ETL/ELT and or Modern Data Stack tools is preferred
Informal experience managing any kind of corporate project or initiative is nice to have
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Native/ Fluent English language skills both verbal and written (any other European language is a plus)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2 years experience in relationship selling
MEDDPICC sales methodology experience preferred
