Aligned with the Pet Nutrition 55 strategy this role strengthens our agenda by equipping Pet Nutrition Europe teams with the analytics tools and expertise needed to optimize performance fuel growth and enhance agility in a rapidly evolving market.
What are we looking for
- Preferred education Is a university degree In business or IT
- 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics Business Intelligence or a related field preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment
- Proven track record of leading analytics teams and driving business impact through datadriven decisionmaking
- Strong experience in business partnering translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and operational teams
- Experience in centralizing and scaling analytics capabilities across multiple business units or regions
- Knowledge of advanced analytics data science and AI/ML applications in a business context is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Analytics product line by defining and executing a clear strategy for OEspecific analytics ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards.
- Centralize all PNE Data & Analytics efforts under a single governance model consolidating fragmented analytics initiatives to drive efficiency consistency and business impact.
- Act as the strategic business partner to PNE leadership and OE teams translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions that enhance decisionmaking optimize performance and support business transformation.
- Collaborate closely with the AOE D&A team to ensure PNE leverages global frameworks to delivery scalable solutions for the OE and meet regional operational needs.
- Prioritize and drive adoption of analytics solutions ensuring OE teams have the right tools skills and insights to maximize value from data.
- Develop a structured data governance framework ensuring data accuracy reliability and compliance with enterprise standards while enabling seamless data integration across functions.
- Lead the continuous evolution of analytics capabilities identifying emerging trends tools and technologies that can drive competitive advantage for PNE.
- Drive change management and upskilling efforts ensuring OE teams are fully enabled to leverage analytics in their daytoday decisionmaking.
- Measure and communicate the impact of analytics initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of analytics products.
