Construction Solicitor / Construction Associate
Location: Cardiff
Salary:per annum (DOE)
Are you a skilled Construction Solicitor looking to work on highprofile projects with a leadingfirm This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a firm known for its excellence in construction and infrastructure law.
The Role
- Advise clients on contentious and noncontentious construction matters.
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts including JCT NEC and FIDIC agreements.
- Manage dispute resolution cases including adjudication arbitration and litigation.
- Provide strategic legal support on a range of construction projects.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to offer a holistic legal service to clients.
About You
- 4 years PQE in construction law with experience in both contentious and noncontentious matters.
- Expertise in handling construction disputes and advising on regulatory compliance.
- A strong track record of working with highprofile clients.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- A collaborative approach keen to work within a dynamic team.
