RPOs client is actively seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our client in Sandton Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase requests and RFQs.
- Source and negotiate pricing with international and local suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation of orders.
- Manage logistics process for incoming orders.
- Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies.
- Research and source new products.
- Manage customer requests and marketing lists.
- Handle help desk requests and queries.
- Manage damaged goods and warranty replacements.
- Forecasting and providing ETAs for stock items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement and import management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HS codes and customs regulations.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook Teams SharePoint and Excel
Spreadsheets. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with suppliers and stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all
procurementrelated tasks. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced and
dynamic environment.
