This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners work closely with an enthusiastic team and enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings of this dualsite school. The working pattern of this role (including MDSA hours) will be as follows: MonWed 8:301 Thu & Fri 12:30. This role is available on a fixedterm contract until the end of the academic year with the potential for this role to turn permanent!

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting Year 45 pupils in a classroom setting working with the whole class small groups or on targeted activities.
• Assisting with lunchtime duties as a Midday Supervisory Assistant ensuring positive play and a smooth lunchtime experience.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to provide flexible support across the school.
• Occasionally working at the Lower Site (Reception to Year 2 to cover staff absences or support where needed.
• Providing a calm and encouraging presence to help pupils reach their full potential.

• Relevant experience working with primaryaged pupils particularly in Key Stage 2.
• A flexible team player willing to adapt to meet the needs of the school community.
