Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress quality and safety on job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all regulations codes and standards
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Projects across multiple disciplines;industrial commercial residential retail
- Strong knowledge of construction methods material and processes
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
