LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
Location: Biggleswade SG18
Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our market leading client is looking for a skilled dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is wanting to forge a career with a longestablished Property Company in Biggleswade Bedfordshire. Initially on a Maternity cover contract there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.
If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence then this could be the position for you.
You will already be working as an Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator as you will be expected to hit the ground running. You will need to have an excellent track record in both letting property and generating new business.
Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage. You will be energetic proactive good on the phone and great with people.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Extensive property lettings experience
- Smart and wellpresented
- Intelligent and articulate
- Ability to do valuations and listings
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Local knowledge of the Biggleswade Beds area helpful
- Driving licence is essential
