Teacher Assistant/Teacher Assistant Exceptional Children

This is a fulltime permanent position for theschool year to assist teachers by supporting students in understanding concepts and completing assignments across the curriculum.

*By Board Policy 7440 a teacher must remain in his or her school for three school years.

Qualifications:
1. High School degree required. An Associate degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college or university is preferred.
2. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate.

Terms of Employment: Ten month work year/ At Will/ FLSA NonExempt

Starting Salary and/or Grade:Grade 57
