Preschool Gymnastics Dept. Leader MILFORD
Our preschool gymnastics program (affectionately referred to as Tumble Bees) is looking for a fun enthusiastic individual who LOVES working with young children 6 weeks to kindergarten). This position requires an innovative hard working intelligent and creative mind to take responsibility and leadership of our largest program. We value strong leadership and hard work and are excited to find the right fit.
The Tumble Bees Department Leader will have a flexible schedule with availability during prime programming hours. In addition to teaching classes the Department Leader is responsible for the daily operations researching innovative concepts and perpetuating the growth and success of the Tumble Bee department. Additional responsibilities include hiring inspiring and training new employees lesson plan creation and development special events for preschool gymnastics gym cleaning and more.
A Department Leader position is a 40 hour a week schedule. Fulltime employment at Kids First includes such benefits as health vision dental 401K tuition discounts and paid time off.
