Job Title: Program Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Richmond VA
Duration:12 Months
Job Description:
The client has acquired Ardoq an enterprise architecture platform tool that will serve as the system of record for applications for the Commonwealth. This tool needs to be rolled out to all 63 executive branch agencies which will require data cleanup for the existing system of record Archer import of data into Ardoq and training of the agencies in the use of the tool. It will also include backwards integration with Archer to ensure that data in both systems is in sync.
The individual filling this role would coordinate internally with other client teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a schedule for rollout across agencies. The individual will work with the architects on the Enterprise Architecture team and other resources within CSRM to manage the tasks and assignments requisite to completing the rollout and coordinate the appropriate resources for the completion of these tasks. The individual would also work directly with agency resources to manage issues related to the scheduling of training and any follow up required posttraining.
Skills:
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Project Management Exp (specifically with large scale projects) 8 Years Experience with M365 Project 8 Years Experience with AgilePlace is a plus Highly desired 5 Years Experience with Virginia state government is DESIRED. If candidate has prior VA State gov exp it MUST be clearly reflected on their resume. Highly desired Active PMP certification (pls upload a copy of the cert under the REFERENCE tab in Vector) Highly desired

- Candidate must have at least 8 years of Project Management preferably with large project experience. Active PMP cert a BIG PLUS!!
- Experience with Virginia state government desired. If candidate has prior VA State gov exp it MUST be clearly reflected on their resume.
