tant Principal/ Intervention CoordinatorJob DescriptionLearning Bridge Charter School is a K8 charter school located in beautiful Ely Nevada. The school has a maximum student population of 198 students with each class having no more than 22 students. Under the direct supervision of the K8 School Principal the Assistant Principal is part of the Administrative Team with responsibilities for student management school activities and services community relations personnel and teacher evaluations. This position also serves as the Intervention Coordinator on campus. Assistant Principal 5060: The Assistant Principal will perform the following duties as part of the Administrative TeamCoordinate with the School Principal to assist in defining and enforcing school policies and guidelines for students.Enforce attendance policy.Meet with parents to discuss student behavioral or learning problems.Respond to disciplinary issues.Monitor student achievement Observe instruction in the classroom.Evaluate selected staff including preand postconferencing. The duties listed in this job posting and other duties not enumerated here may be reassigned or shared with School Principal to ensure fair and effective performance of the administrative team. Intervention Coordinator Duties 4050:In consultation with School Principal and teacher leaders develop an intervention system to address the academic and/or behavior needs of students. Assign students in oneonone or multistudent intervention groups to provide services. Assess students to determine intervention progressCompile reports or assign compilation of reports of student progress as needed.
