We are currently seeking a dynamic Staff Software Development Engineer to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
You would act as a Staff Software Development Engineer to help improve and expand our product capabilities. As a member of the team youll be responsible for designing and implementing the core services and defining the architecture of the system. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment and successfully contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will have a cando attitude passion for technology extensive development experience and will be able to learn quickly.
As a Staff Software Development Engineer you will:
- Developing enterprisegrade backend components to enhance performance a receptiveness serverside logic and platform
- Good understanding of using which technology and where with justified study backing the decision
- Triage debug and ensure the timely resolution of software defects
- Participate in functional spec design and code reviews.
- Follow standard practices to develop and maintain application code
- Take an active role in reducing the technical debt in our various codebases
- Develop high quality secure scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artefacts within expected time and budget
We Are Looking For:
- 812 years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Highlevel expertise in Python programming and frameworks (Flask/FastAPI).
- Excellent knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL PostgreSQL etc. MongoDB Queueing systems and ES Stack is required.
- Experience in building REST APIbased microservices is required.
- Stronghold of data structures and multithreading/multiprocessing programming
- Experienced in building highperforming distributed scalable enterprisegrade applications.
- Experience with AWS services (ECS ELB Lambda SQS VPC EC2 IAM S3 etc. Docker and Kubernetes expertise is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
- Experience with cyber security engineering is good to have.
