Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct handson silicon photonic IC components subsystem testing and characterization. Perform chip level optical alignment and corresponding optical/electrical testing.
- Support waferlevel testing.
- Program testing procedures with Python or other computer languages
- Operate and maintain optical and electrical test setup and equipment.
- Support test data processing and documentation.
- Handle manage and inspect fine materials with precision and care.
- Assist in material handling and picking for various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Identify and solve problems that arise during the testing and characterization process.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- Industry background with1yr working experiences lab experiences preferred
Skills.
- Strong coding ability with Python or other computer languages
- Handson experience with fiber optical and electrical test equipment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in material management and handling fine materials.
- Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
