Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support helping to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers via phone email or chat ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and call center software
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a timely manner
