Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Change Management and expertise in SOX (SarbanesOxley) compliance to oversee and manage change processes across 29 applications. The ideal candidate will ensure that all changes align with regulatory requirements minimize risks and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication stakeholder management and technical expertise in compliancedriven change management.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Change Management and expertise in SOX (SarbanesOxley) compliance to oversee and manage change processes across 29 applications. The ideal candidate will ensure that all changes align with regulatory requirements minimize risks and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication stakeholder management and technical expertise in compliancedriven change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management process for 29 applications ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.
- Review assess and approve changes while ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with IT security and business teams to align change initiatives with regulatory and business objectives.
- Develop and implement change control policies processes and best practices to enhance compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential impacts of changes on system integrity and security.
- Work closely with auditors and compliance teams to provide necessary evidence and ensure adherence to SOX requirements.
- Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings to review and approve change requests.
- Maintain detailed records of all changes approvals and implementation outcomes for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on SOXcompliant change management processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve change management processes to align with industry standards and regulatory updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in change management with a focus on SOX compliance.
- Strong understanding of IT change control frameworks risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing change processes for multiple applications in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy Jira) and change management best practices.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex changes and assess potential compliance risks.
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory teams to ensure SOX compliance.
- Certifications such as ITIL CISA or PMP are a plus.
