Job Description

A customer service account manager role plays a vital part inaiding the organisation to achieve its business objectives. We are looking fora designated point of contact for our customers and accounts to report to. Youwill be responsible for maintaining and developing longterm relationships withaccounts ensuring clients receive requested products and services in a timelymanner. You should be able to communicate effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders tracking and forecasting client account metrics.

Duties Include :

To be able to effectively manage projects within clientrelationships working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goalssimultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Managing customer queries and complaints
Identify any opportunities for business growth with our existing clients
Crosswork with staff members working on the same account to ensureconsistent service
Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
Meet deadlines and service multiple clients concurrently
Maintain and keep records of client transactions



Requirements

  • Preferably previous experience with CRM.
  • Work seamlessly across department or team boundaries in a collaborative andconstructive manner to implement our strategic direction.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and deliver againstthe requirements of our quality framework.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work across multiplesystems.
  • Excellent proven high volume data entry and customer services skills.
  • Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Team player proud to be part of the support office
