Job Description

Reference: EL002991Glyni1

We are seeking a Creditors Clerk for a 12month contract based in East London Eastern Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with at least 5 years working experience in creditors control
  • Excellent creditors reconciliation skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles & creditors control
  • Good ability on Pastel & Excel
  • Good communication skills and in dept recon ability

The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Handle creditor queries
  • Accurate invoice capturing processing and payments of creditors
  • Accurate creditor reconciliations before processing
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for supplier payments
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure journals are posted and approved

Salary: Market related for the contract duration
