Overview
Elements MassageWoodridge
The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for the reception area and overall seamless daily operations of the studio. We are a membershipbased business and your role as a Sales Associate is to inform and sell our Wellness membership.
This is a permanent parttime role with the possibility of increased hours and advancement opportunities.
Applicants must be available to work any SHIFT including weekends. The studio is open 7 days a week.
- Provide toplevel customer service to all guests
- Properly open or close the studio according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately schedule change and cancel appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves.
- Actively promote services enhancements membership and retail promotions and/or discounts available.
- Provide detailed descriptions of services enhancements retail products appointment cancellation policy
- Utilize computers with skill and proficiency and only for business purposes.
- Handle guest/client questions and concerns professionally and courteously ensuring toplevel communication.
- Provide accurate appropriate and timely responses to all requests
- Maintain a clean safe fully stocked and wellorganized studio including front of house and back of house areas.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy workplace.
- Regularly attend participate in and support training and staff meetings.
- Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
- Be on time for all SHIFTS candidates must have a proven track record of ontime performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous spa experience in customer service membership sales retail sales or front desk roles is preferred but willing to train the right person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently.
- Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Drivers License reliable transportation
- References will be required as part of our selection process
