Occupational Therapy Assistants are responsible for treating patients with therapeutic and selfcare activities. The job requires candidates to perform a variety of duties including the following:
- Monitoring a patients progress to make sure that theyre successfully completing treatment
- Encouraging the patient during their recovery process
- Helping patients to improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems
- Helping injured employees improve their motor skills with the goal of reentering the workforce
- must have a 2 year Associate Degree
- Must be licensed in the state of Michigan
The Ideal candidates will have Skilled and Long Term Care experience and know the billing system Net Health
