Riddell Gardens located in the leafy suburbs northwest of Melbourne Riddell Gardens is in close proximity to natural reserves and parks.Nestled in and around a natural setting abundant with flora and fauna Riddell Gardens in Sunbury has an atmosphere of traditional country charm.
About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care support and recreational activities to our homes residents.
- Provide care in line with residents individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents
About You
To be successful youll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care Individualised Support or equivalent
- Dementia experience is desirable
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents families and team members
The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check provide proof of Flu & COVID19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
