Job Description

They are looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. The best part about this opportunity is that the growth potential is tremendous. You will work across expense analysis and reporting payroll and benefits ADP integration reconciliations compliance and audit and much more.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in payroll accounting benefits expense analysis and reconciliations.
- Proficient in ADP and experienced in ADPD365 integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs PivotTables complex formulas).
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with multistate payroll accounting preferred.
- Previous experience in optimizing financial systems and processes preferred.
