JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Child Care Center at Hort Woods on the University Park campus is seeking a candidate for a Supervising Early Childhood Development Educator (working with children 3 5 years old) committed to the process of creating and providing high quality learning environments for young children and families.
The Child Care Center Educator instructs children in activities designed to promote social physical and intellectual growth in an early care and education facility; develops curriculum activities and experiences within the framework of early learning standards; provides and maintains a safe secure and stimulating classroom environment; fosters positive relationships with families; and works collaboratively with a classroom and center wide teaching and support team.
