Responsibilities:
Ensure effective management of diabetes educators team including training and
personal development in terms of ongoing training coaching and counseling through
field visits and management of performance development and retention of educators
in India through quality processes.

Deliver diabetes education and training programs:
Conduct comprehensive educational sessions for healthcare professionals patients
and caregivers on diabetes management treatment strategies and self-care practices.

Develop and deliver engaging presentations workshops and seminars to educate
target audiences on diabetes management.

Provide expert guidance and support:
Offer personalized evidence-based advice to patients and caregivers to promote
effective diabetes self-management including blood glucose monitoring medication
administration and lifestyle modifications.

Act as a resource person for healthcare professionals answering queries providing
clinical guidance and facilitating discussions on diabetes-related topics.

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals diabetes clinics hospitals and
patient advocacy groups to identify educational needs and develop tailored
programs to address them.
