Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports forecasts and business performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisionmaking.
- Utilize Power BI and other data analytics and visualization tools to provide insightful reports.
- Work with large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Leverage ERP systems such as SAP Hyperion Cognos or similar ERP to extract and analyze financial data.
- Communicate key financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications :
- 46 years of experience in financial analysis reporting and modeling.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
- Experience working with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Handson experience with ERP systems (SAP Hyperion or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and financial models.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English verbal written and reasoning skills.
- A goaloriented team player with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
- Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
