The Role Itself

USG Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness engagement and growth. This role will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns content creation and digital strategies to support the companys overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong project management skills experience in B2B marketing and a passion for the insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with USGs business goals.
• Manage the companys brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO email campaigns social media and website management.
• Create and manage marketing content including articles case studies newsletters and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and materials.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Plan and coordinate industry events conferences and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Lead mentor and oversee a marketing and graphic design team ensuring efficient workflow creativity and alignment with company goals.
• Assign projects set deadlines and provide strategic direction to the team while fostering professional growth and skill development.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO social media and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a marketing and graphic design team with a track record of successfully executing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
