Job Description
Are you a Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager with 10 years experience looking for a career with a reliable general contractor in the GTA Do you have experience with projects such as: educational facilities healthcare and commercial If you have or are working on getting your COR Gold Seal and LEED accreditation that would be very positively received. If this sounds up your alley send us your resume and project list. ASAP. This position is an urgent position for our client and wont be available for long.
This is an exciting Senior Project Manager role working with a stable GC on vitally important infrastructure for our city. As the Sr. PM you will have the opportunity to lead projects from beginning to end including: scheduling tendering/budgeting and project . This GC is looking for excellent client relationship management and wants to know their clients will be taken care of. You must be a professional communicator and great leader. You must have ambition and a willingness to be continually challenged and growing in your capabilities. You will be reporting directly to the owners and will be highly respected.
