The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of initiatives within our TechDriven and CostOut portfolio. This role is ideal for a detailoriented and proactive project manager who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is looking to grow into larger program management responsibilities. You will manage individual workstreams or smaller projects that contribute to broader enterprise priorities focused on technology enablement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Plan coordinate and drive the delivery of assigned projects on time within scope and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business technology and operations to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Issue/Risk Management: Identify and track risks issues and dependencies; support mitigation and resolution planning in partnership with the Program Manager.
- Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to Program Managers and key stakeholders.
- Governance Support: Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards processes and tools.
- Agile Delivery: Support Agile teams and ceremonies where applicable; contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in project management ideally within technology or operationsfocused environments.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
- Strong organizational communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project tools such as Microsoft Project Smartsheet Jira or equivalent.
Preferred Attributes
- PMP CSM or equivalent certification a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise system implementations or cost optimization efforts.
- Teamoriented mindset and eagerness to learn from senior program managers.
