You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic global Director of Sales promoting our Luxury and Lifestyle brands in Eastern Europe. Primary focus on Poland Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary Romania and Baltic States.
Responsible for growing business from existing luxury partners (including consortia and travel advisors) and generating new business to maximize transient revenue profits and market share within the luxury & lifestyle segment
Business development / prospecting in the region
Actively engage with luxury travel agencies identifying new opportunities providing assistance training and overall support.
Develop account strategy and activation roadmap marketing & sponsorship activities and client presentations
Promote the Accor Preferred Partner program as well as the HERA Travel Advisor loyalty program in the region (enrollment training engagement initiatives)
Develops and executes quarterly and annual account reviews and market action plans
Provides expertise and support to hotels in developing luxury sales strategy for accounts and region.
Maintain an uptodate database for newsletters distribution and communication.
Actively research new B2B opportunities in driving revenue and brand awareness.
Lead and participate in relevant tradeshows conventions famtrips and industry events
Become a brand ambassador and embody Accors values in every clients or coworkers interaction
Manages and optimizes budget approved for the region
Engage on Social Media platforms and identify opportunities
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
Bachelors degree in business hospitality or 5 years college degree or equivalent
Expertise in International Luxury Hotel Programs & Luxury Consortias
Excellent relations in the hotel/hospitality industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
English fluent mandatory in at least one Eastern European language
Deep understanding of account management
Knowledge and understanding of sales procedures associated with the hotel industry
Strong IT skills (Office 365.
Understand & promote all selling tools & loyalty programs
Understand the fundamentals of implementing AI tools for project management workflows.
Familiarity with basic AI applications in streamlining work processes.
Experience with a hospitality CRM
Focused analytical and goals driven individual
