Job Description
Average annual commission earnings are expected to be approx $65000 to $130000. Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for nonsales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance.

- Answer customer calls and establish followsup with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company DMV State and Federal requirements
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads old and new
- Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- At least one previous role based in strong sales experience
- Team player attitude

- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
