$300000 Annual Income
$240000 to $260000 Base Salary dependent upon experience
20 Annual Bonus

They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will work in an outpatient teambased care environment. This valuebased model focuses on quality of care for patients with teams consisting of:
physicians
nurse practitioners
physician assistants
pharmacists
care coaches
nurses
medical assistants
behavioral health providers
and more
Providers see an average of 10 to 12 patients per day. New patient visits are typically scheduled for 60 minutes and established patient followups for 40 minutes.
Specific duties of the role include but are not limited to:
overall provision of primary care
patient assessments
continuous medical coverage
direction and support for nurse practitioners / physician assistants
direction and support for other members of the care team
care planning collaboration
assist in coordinating care delivery
The organization uses the eClinicalWorks EHR and provides ongoing peertopeer collaboration and longterm career cultivation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Tennessee medical license
DEA
Board Certified or Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
clean license and no malpractice history
experience or interest in valuebased care models
previous geriatric primary care experience
