Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the development and of our Integrations and API Platform. As a Senior Staff Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the vision strategy and roadmap for our integration capabilities enabling seamless connectivity between our products and external systems. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to ensure the API platform and integrations meet customer needs drive business growth and provide a competitive advantage in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision and strategy for the Integrations and API Platform aligning with the companys overall business goals and market needs.
- Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for integrations and APIs prioritizing features based on customer feedback business value and technical feasibility.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product development launch and adoption.
- Customer & Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to understand integration needs opportunities and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product features.
- API and Integration Development: Oversee the design development and deployment of APIs and integrations that enhance the customer experience and provide seamless connectivity to external systems and platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering teams to ensure the technical of integration solutions meets high standards of reliability security and scalability.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for integrations and APIs ensuring that the platform meets both customer expectations and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all integrationrelated initiatives providing clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding product progress updates and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends new technologies and competitive offerings in the integration and API space. Continuously refine the product strategy and roadmap based on learnings and feedback.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on API platforms integrations or SaaS products.
- Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams to develop APIs and integrations.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs Webhooks OAuth SSO data formats (JSON XML) and integration protocols.
- Proven ability to manage complex products and work with crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact solutions.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Postman Swagger or similar for API testing and documentation.
