Job Role: Project Manager
Experience Required : 1015 Years
Location : Oman
Qualifications:BE/BTech Mechanical
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS SECTOR
PMP CERTIFICATION MANDATORY
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scope plans including scope schedule and budget ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering procurement and construction to ensure seamless scope .
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies to keep scope on track.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements industry standards and company HSE policies throughout the scope lifecycle.
- Manage scope budgets control expenditures and ensure costeffective utilization of resources.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders including clients contractors and internal teams to ensure scope objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Prepare and present regular scope status reports to senior management and stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and proposed solutions.
- Lead scope review meetings assess scope performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that all scope documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for audits or future reference.
- Mentor and develop junior members fostering a culture of excellence safety and continuous improvement.
