Are you passionate about IT and technology Do you thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments where customer service and continuous improvement are central to success We are looking for a talented IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our clients team in Malton. In this role youll play a key part in enhancing enduser service efficiently managing service requests and incidents and driving impactful business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead functional changes and improvements to business processes identifying opportunities for optimisation and enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and thirdparty providers to troubleshoot and resolve service issues ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage the incident problem and change management processes incorporating best practices to optimise service delivery and drive continuous improvements.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships across IT teams to improve enduser productivity satisfaction and overall system effectiveness.
  • Champion selfservice tools and knowledgesharing initiatives to empower users reduce costs and streamline service delivery.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enduser devices ensuring secure access licensing compliance and effective management of assets.
  • Provide outofhours support as required including participation in the oncall rota and responding to incidents both during and outside of standard business hours.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities a keen attention to detail and a professional methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and a commitment to delivering toptier customer service.
  • Familiarity with IT service desk tools and industry best practices.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude.

What Youll Receive:

  • Competitive salary ranging from 28000 to 35000 based on experience.
  • A structured shift pattern between 5:00 am 5:30 pm with alternating shifts to provide variety and worklife balance.
  • Participation in the oncall rota every 1 in 8 weeks with added bonuses and additional earnings for calls answered.
