Your role will include working across various business domains guiding the development of futurefit efficient solutions that add significant value. Youll have the opportunity to engage with cuttingedge technologies facilitate workshops and drive the analysis for both current and future projects.
This position will challenge you to think critically and innovate working within an agile framework alongside business owners product owners developers and users.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs to identify opportunities for transformation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build key relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead workshops to gather information and finalize requirements.
- Document business and system requirements using tools like Enterprise Architect and Visio.
- Create models diagrams and process flows to visualize solutions.
- Present solutions to teams and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide ongoing postimplementation support and advice.
- Continuously research new technologies and implement best practices.
- Mentor and coach other analysts within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in IT Informatics or related fields (Honors/Masters preferred).
- Relevant certification in Business Analysis (CCBA or Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis).
- 7 years of experience in Business Analysis with 3 years in Systems Analysis.
- 3 years of experience in the Financial Services sector (LISP Wealth or Asset management is advantageous).
- Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL DB2 and objectoriented analysis and design.
- Experience with SCRUM and other Agile methodologies.
- Experience with webbased solutions API design and digital selfservice portals.
- Proven ability in data and application design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
