Title: Project Coordinator IILocation: Chandler AZ
Your role:
- Develop and oversee operational processes to improve efficiency streamline workflows and support company division goals.
- Coordinate project logistics to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams.
- Manage team schedules track project progress and identify risks that could impact timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support smooth business operations.
- Partner with team members and departments to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
What youve got:
- Bachelors degree preferably in business administration operations management or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- At least two years of experience in operations project support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills to track goals monitor activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Ability to assess operational inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
