Agile Delivery Manager NV1
- 12 months with 2x12 months options to extend
- ACT Onsite flexible work arrangement to be discussed on case by case basis
- Australian Citizen with current NV1 Clearance
Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager NV1 cleared for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is a long term contract with 12 months initial term and 2x12 months option to extend based on funding and approval.
About the role:
As the Agile Delivery Manager you will have a proven track record in coordinating complex projects and managing crossfunctional teams.
You will have the ability to work collaboratively and navigate through different technologies and those outcomes will be crucial in this role.
Role specific requirements:
- Minimum 8 plus years delivery management experience in government and/or enterpriselevel software development including leading and inspiring teams in a datadriven environment.
- Extensive experience using and implementing Agile methodologies for delivery including a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc. and principles.
- A track record of successfully leading and motivating Agile delivery teams to achieve maximum user value on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience using relevant technologies in software development including Azure DevOps.
- Extensive experience in the leadership & management of technical and nontechnical staff i.e. Developers Testers Analysts DevOps Engineers etc.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks as well as problemsolving skills to navigate challenges and roadblocks.
- A passion for continuous improvement with the ability to analyse delivery processes and identify areas for optimisation.

Initial term: 12 months
Extension: 2x12 months extension option
Clearance: Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
