Assistnat Branch Manager Building Materials Distribution
A leading regional specialty distributor of building materials is seeking an experienced Manager to drive operational excellence and support the companys rapid growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations within a highvolume fastpaced distribution facility.
- Lead sales customer service and operational initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Develop and implement costeffective logistics plans for trucking and freight management.
- Ensure hauling assets are aligned to meet customer demands and maintain service excellence.
- Manage warehouse operations including inventory control purchasing and team performance.
- Conduct P&L reviews to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in the building materials supply industry.
- Expertise in managing operations within highvolume distribution environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics planning and freight management.
- Wellrounded skills in sales customer service and operational management.
- Handson experience with inventory control purchasing and P&L analysis.
