Duration : 12 Months Contract

End Time : 5:00 PM

Description:
- This role will serve as an Admin to the General Manager of the company.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings.
- Taking phone calls.
- Facilities management
- Payroll management.
- Corporate correspondence with certain parties.
- Assigned administrative paperwork.
- Other administrative functions as assigned.
Education:
- Two or Four Year Degree preferred or resonating experience.
- Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind. However if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this that is acceptable.
Experience needed
- 23 Years with a degree.
- 56 without.
3 Must haves:
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
