Your key responsibilities will include managing litigation processes providing tax law advice preparing legal documents and representing clients in court and negotiations. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze legal risks and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation and tax law
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification
- Admitted attorney
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex legal cases independently
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Clientfocused attitude with a commitment to providing highquality legal services
