Job Description
Job Summary:
MedPro Disposal is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented parttime Staff Accountant to join our team in Naperville IL. This position will be responsible for various accounting and finance tasks. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while utilizing your skills and expertise in accounting and finance. This is an individual contributor role that offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible work schedule.
Compensation & Benefits:
This parttime Staff Accountant position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour paid biweekly. In addition the role offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Estimated 22 to 26 hours per week with flexibility on days and times.
Responsibilities:
- Bank account reconciliations
- Credit card statement reconciliations
- Assist with monthend close
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Collections file management
- Billing inquiry task management
- Payroll entryassistance
- Various financial analysis and adhoc accounting tasks
Requirements:
Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in accounting or finance
Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
