Job Description

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
The SE is the technical backbone of the MSP team. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Eden Prarire Minnesota. TheMSP SE is responsible for working alongside Customer Success and ChannelAccount Managers to help evangelize design propose and review ArcticWolf Services to help demonstrate the business value for customers. This is a resultsoriented position and you must demonstrate that you can ownbuilding the trust and rapport with MSPs customers and Customer SuccessManagers. This will be done by having a high aptitude in security technology leadership and business acumen. You thrive on autonomy while being aproductive team member. The character and competency you bring to thesales process and team is a critical component to this role. Ultimately youwin with integrity and good intent.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with customers to help educate and drive the business value ofthe Arctic Wolf Networks services
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos with a focus on thebusiness requirements of the customer
  • Create an environment in which MSPs and customers becomeevangelists maintain long term relationships with strategic MSPs todrive ongoing adoption and expansion of Arctic Wolf Networks services
  • Help manage Proof of Concept deployments with potential customersbalancing structured POC process while adapting to each individualcustomer situation
  • Promotes longterm customer success by providing deploymentassistance as needed by the onboarding team and leveraging bestpractices to drive enduser adoption and engagement.
  • Represent the voice of AWN to the MSP and customers and representthe customers voice to AWN
  • Assist the MSP Customer Success Managers sales qualification andown the technical architecture design
  • Light travel required / passport required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customerfacing role preferably in a presalesengineering capacity or consulting role focused on security solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting delivering or designing enterprise ITsystems security focused systems desired
  • Must have technical experience in IT Infrastructure Networking
  • Security Identity Management Cloud Services and
  • Windows/Linux/Mac
  • Ability to articulate the business application/value of the AWNtechnology to all audiences ranging from technical to executiveleveldecision makers
  • Excellent written verbal presentation time management andattention to detail
  • You must have an I own the problem AND the solution attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Word PowerPoint and Excel

DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • CISSP GCIH CISA or CISM certification(s)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Previous experience selling XaaS solutions (software infrastructure
  • SOC/Security)
  • Mac OS / Omnigraffle / VMware Fusion
