Job Description
California Baptist University an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention invites applications for tenuretrack positions to begin in the fall term of 2024 in the areas listed below. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of and commitment to excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith and learning. A terminal degree in the field indicated is strongly preferred although candidates with a masters degree who are working toward a terminal degree may be considered. The Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business invites applications for an Organizational Leadership Tenure Track Faculty member. The Jabs School is growing both in terms of its business programs and its student body. We are looking for faculty to join our inventive and passionate team.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. or a professional doctorate in organizational leadership or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate successful teaching experience with doctoral organizational leadership students and dissertation committees and have potential as a scholar. She or he will join a growthoriented faculty and will be expected to maintain active scholarly work as well as help develop and offer academic and cocurricular activities for our growing business administration programs.
