Becoming a SITE DIRECTOR in NWSRAs Summer Camps is a great way to improve supervision skills learn new jobs functions and inspire participants to grow and have fun.
As a Site Director you will be responsible for the following tasks:

All positions are Seasonal and work schedules may range from a minimum of 4 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Schedules are assigned at the start of each summer session yet hours are flexible and can be adjusted. Reliable transportation is required to ensure attendance at all scheduled programs. When committing to work in camp you should be able to work all camp dates for the entire session.
NWSRA provides over 2000 recreational programs annually many emphasizing healthy living fitness imagination community involvement and increasing life skills. NWSRA works with member Park Districts to provide inclusive accessible programs so our participants can Celebrate Their Lives.
