Job Description
Description of the role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Body Shop Manager to join our team at Reynolds GM Subaru in Orange Virginia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in automotive body repair.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the body shop
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff
- Ensure quality repairs are performed in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with insurance companies to facilitate repair claims and approvals
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automotive body repair
- Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong background in working with insurance companies for automotive repair claims processes
