Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA
The Company: Our Client is a fullservice provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their broad thinking approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors therapists schools and specialists.
The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team in Lakeland FL. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs providing parent education and consultation and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- Full Time W2 Positions:
- $60000 to $90000 base
- Hours worked over 32 billable hours are paid out at end of each quarter
- Many BCBAs on staff are making over $100K with base pay plus incentives
- Part Time W2 Positions:
- $48 to $60 per hour
- 1 to 20 billable hours is considered part time
- Pay is based on the amount of billable hours worked
- 1099 Contract Positions: $55 to $75 per hour with no minimum billable hours
- Flex Pay For salaried positions if vacation is taken candidates have the option to use Flex Pay so PTO is not deducted for vacation hours
- 2 Weeks PTO
- 6 paid holidays

- Inhouse CEUs provided for FREE Client is a state accredited CEU provider
Requirements:
- Masters Program in Psychology Child Development Special Education Applied Behavioral Analysis or related program
- Certification in Behavior Analysis required
- Will Consider Newly Boarded BCBA Applicants
- Our client offers an extensive training and mentoring program for newly boarded behavior analysts
- Does NOT need experience with RBT supervision to be considered
Responsibilities:
- Hours:
- Full Time: 20 to 32 billable hours
- Part Time: 2 to 20 billable hours
- Settings (Candidate Can Choose from the Following Not All are Required):
- Clinic 10 to 14 treatment rooms many rooms are designed to be therapy specific including cafeteria rooms school rooms etc.
- InHome
- In school
- Supervision of RBTs is NOT required the BCBA can choose if they would like to provide supervision
- BCaBAs on staff BCBA is NOT required to work with assistants they are available if the BCBA would like to utilize them
- Intake Department Our client provides the service of an intake department. BCBAs can chose from available cases based on their treatment preference i.e. I want to work only in schools I want to work only with females I want to work with certain insurances.
- Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBTs)
- Administering SkillBased Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language Play and SkillBased Curricula
- Provide Assistance to Children with Special Needs
