Estimator MultiUtilities
Toro Recruitment is seeking a qualified Estimator for a MultiUtilities provider who work on a national scale. Ideally based around Slough you will cover the Southern region of projects.
The Key Responsibilities of the Estimator include:
Articulate and submit tenders.
Collaborating in tender reviews with Contracts/Sites Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
Conducting thorough site visits and precise measurements.
Contributing to the production of tender statistics for indepth analysis.
Fostering good relationships with clients and regulatory bodies through effective communication.
Participating in both internal and external audits as the need arises.
Offering valuable input into the commercial evaluation of assigned projects.
Requirements:
3 years experience of estimating in the multiutility industry.
Experience working in the Electrical or Water industry.
Crafting precise thorough estimates and presenting them in a professional manner.
An excellent grasp of the Construction industry and its exact standards.
Proven expertise in first principal costing.
Proficiency with estimating software.
Techsavvy and adept with Microsofts suite of tools.
What This Role Offers
Salary ofper annum.
Car allowance of 5000.
