- Enjoys working with children and helping them learn and have fun
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with volunteer coaches parents and other staff
- Energetic proactive and enjoys staying busy and involved
- Set up game day equipment and fields.
- Assist coaches with organizing practice spaces.
- Engage with teams helping players understand drills and improve skills.
- Address any questions or concerns from parents on the sidelines.
- Ensure all players are appropriately dressed and equipped.
- Conduct a summary review of rules with players and coaches.
- Officiate games while providing instructional guidance.
- Help players understand rules and improve their gameplay.
- Thank all parents players and coaches for their participation.
