The Role
Orr Partners staff of over 30 professionals supports real estate development and project/property management needs for US commercial educational and religious clients.
Orr Partners seeks a Sales Development Representative to build and manage the lead funnel for various US projects. This position is a good fit for you if you excel at forming strong working relationships are well organized are interested in real estate property development and actively seek professional growth and feedback from other real estate experts.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Orr team to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify engage and qualify potential clients for Orr Partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target clients.
- Engage decisionmakers at all business levels targeting CSuite.
- You actively pursue prospects through outbound calls and emails.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SDR BDR AM/AE or ISR
- Experience managing both outbound and inbound inquiries
- Experience working in a team with senior management account management (sales) and marketing communications (demand generation)
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
- Strong business research skills
- Experience with developing and reporting on customer pipelines
- Experience engaging prospective decisionmakers to include an executive suite using a rigorous method of working prospects through the sales funnel
- Flexible sales methodology based on the industry/sector
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with ZoomInfo Sales Navigator or similar gotomarket intelligence tools
If you have this it is a plus:
- Previous experience as an SDR BDR AM/AE or ISR in the B2B real estate space
- Clientfacing commercial real estate sales experience
- Demand generation skills and experience
